What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?
Please complete the new patient forms and bring them with you to your first appointment at Prestige Dental Care. In addition, bring any pertinent dental information you have from previous dentists, as well as the phone number of your most recent dentist so that we can have records transferred to our office.
Where do I park when I come to your office?
We have a FREE parking lot immediately behind our office. Please pull into the driveway located on the Brentwood side of our building and pull around back. You will enter through the front of our building.
What are your hours?
Monday & Wednesday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Do you accept referrals?
Yes! We love referrals. Wonderful people refer wonderful people, so we look forward to treating your friends with the same expert care we extend to you. And, as a special thank you to those that you refer, we will extend a $25 office credit towards your next visit.
What is your policy regarding cancelling an appointment?
In order to maintain a well-run office, we appreciate as much notice as possible for an appointment cancellation. This enables us to see other patients who need to be seen. A minimum of 48 hours is requested.
What payment methods do you accept and what are my financing options?
Paying for your dental work should not be stressful! We offer convenient payment methods including cash, check or credit card. We also accept third party financing through CareCredit. You can visit their website for more information or to apply.
