Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide prompt, quality care to all our patients. To help us maintain efficient scheduling, we ask that you follow our appointment policies:

Scheduling:

  • Appointments are limited and in high demand.

  • New patients must complete all required forms before their first visit.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Please notify us at least one full business day in advance to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice will result in a $115 Cancelled Appointment Fee.

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

We understand unexpected situations arise and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please reach out to us if you require special assistance or consideration.

Financial & Payment Policy

To provide the highest quality dental care, financial arrangements must be made prior to treatment.

Payment Responsibility:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • All emergency services must be paid for in full at the time of treatment.

  • Patients are responsible for any charges not covered by dental benefits.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash, checks, credit/ debit cards, HSA/ FSA, or Care Credit.

Insurance:

  • We will help you prepare claim forms and maximize your dental benefits.

  • Please note that dental benefits may not cover all services, and you are responsible for any remaining balance.

  • Dental benefits are a contract between you and your insurance company. It is the patient’s responsibility to have a clear understanding of their benefits, deductibles and maximums.

  • Patient without insurance; Payment for all dental services, including emergency treatment, is expected in full at the time services are performed, unless previous financial arrangements have been made.

Outstanding Balances:

  • Accounts unpaid after 60 days may incur a $25 monthly service fee unless previous arrangements are in place.

  • We reserve the right to begin the collection process for account balances in excess of 90 days. 

Minor Patients

Unaccompanied minors are responsible for any payments due at the time of service if the parent, guardian, or another adult is not present.

Non-emergency treatment may be denied unless treatment plans and forms of payment have been discussed, signed, and arranged with the parent or guardian prior to the appointment.

Same-Day Emergency Care:
We aim to provide same-day appointments for urgent dental needs. Please call us at (314) 962-6622 for immediate assistance.

After-Hours Response:
We strive to respond promptly to emergency inquiries. Response times may vary depending on staff availability.
